Accompanied by his legal team, Fahmi underwent examination at the Women and Child Protection Unit (PPA) for approximately three and a half hours. He entered the PPA unit at 11:08 AM WIB and concluded his session at 3:17 PM WIB, signifying a thorough and detailed inquiry into the matter.

His legal counsel, Veni Kisnawati, revealed that Insanul Fahmi fielded dozens of questions from investigators during the examination. Kisnawati emphasized that her client provided clear and comprehensive answers to all inquiries, including those pertaining to the development of the case.

“There were approximately 30 questions, and all of them were clearly answered by Insanul Fahmi, including those related to the case’s development,” stated Veni Kisnawati at Polda Metro Jaya, highlighting the extent of the interrogation.

Despite the lengthy interrogation, Insanul Fahmi maintained he faced no significant difficulties, describing the questions as general and standard. He remarked, “Alhamdulillah, I am well, it’s a blessed Friday. The questions were still standard, nothing out of the ordinary,” conveying a calm demeanor amidst the legal scrutiny.

Further reinforcing this stance, another member of his legal team, Tommy Tri Yunanto, affirmed Insanul Fahmi‘s unwavering cooperation throughout the official Investigation Report (BAP) process. Yunanto explained that this session was primarily focused on clarifying various accusations directed at his client, ensuring all points were addressed comprehensively.

“Alhamdulillah, today’s session was conducted cooperatively. Insanul Fahmi was able to explain all the allegations stemming from the investigators’ questions,” Tommy Tri Yunanto elaborated, emphasizing the client’s willingness to engage with the process.

The legal team also confirmed that no new evidence was presented during this session, opting instead to reinforce existing statements related to the initial report. They reiterated Insanul Fahmi’s desire for a peaceful resolution to what he views as a private family matter.

This latest summons for Insanul Fahmi forms a procedural step in the ongoing legal proceedings initiated by Wardatina Mawa against both Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli. The complex affair began when CCTV footage purportedly showing Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli together circulated on social media, eventually reaching Mawa, who is Insanul Fahmi’s legal wife.

The controversial video, dated August 8, 2025, reportedly depicted intimate moments between Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli at a residence. Given Insanul Fahmi’s marital status with Mawa at the time, he was subsequently accused of committing adultery with Inara Rusli.

In his defense, Insanul Fahmi clarified that he had legally married Inara Rusli on August 7, 2025, in Jakarta, just one day prior to the video’s recording. Following these events, Mawa proceeded to file a formal report, alleging adultery against both Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli, setting in motion the current legal battle.
