Teknowarta – The previously resolved dispute between Inara Rusli and Virgoun has regrettably flared up once more, drawing national attention to their ongoing family conflict.
On January 30, 2026, Inara Rusli took formal action, reporting Virgoun to the Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak (Komnas PA), or National Commission for Child Protection, located on TB Simatupang street. This significant step was prompted by Inara’s serious allegations that Virgoun had forcibly taken their children from her, despite her having rightful custody.
The Chairman of Komnas PA, Agustinus Sirait, swiftly confirmed the report. “Yes, first and foremost, we welcomed Mrs. IR, who came to discuss and report the incident she experienced, particularly regarding the forced removal of her children without her consent by their father, Virgoun,” Sirait recently told the media.

Komnas PA has unequivocally declared its support for Inara Rusli. Sirait elaborated, “Certainly, Komnas Perlindungan Anak addresses this matter by supporting Mrs. IR because, based on the current facts and circumstances, the court’s decision clearly states that child custody rests with the mother.”
Agustinus Sirait further asserted that Virgoun’s actions are fundamentally misguided and appear to violate Supreme Court regulations, given that Inara Rusli holds the legal right to custody. “We simply cannot permit anyone, not even a biological father, to forcibly take a child without the express consent of the mother who possesses legal custody,” he explained.
“Such actions are, in essence, a form of violence. We must also consider the psychological well-being and impact on the children,” Agustinus added, underscoring the severe implications of the alleged forced removal.
Adding to her claims, Inara alleged that Virgoun had completely severed communication access after forcibly taking the children. Agustinus also noted the emotional toll on Inara, stating, “And just recently, Mrs. IR, after a considerable period, finally visited her children’s school in an attempt to see them.”
In light of these developments, Agustinus Sirait confirmed that Komnas PA is prepared to facilitate a peaceful resolution through mediation between the two parties. “Therefore, we have advised Mrs. IR to pursue mediation with the biological father. We will request to summon him to Komnas Perlindungan Anak so that this situation can be clarified, and we can jointly find a common ground,” Sirait concluded, hoping for an amicable solution.
