Alyssa Daguise successfully delivered their daughter, named Soleil Zephora Ghazali, via normal delivery on Sunday, May 10, at JWCC Hospital in South Jakarta. Their newborn arrived weighing a healthy 3.2 kilograms and measuring 49 centimeters.

Al Ghazali revealed that it was Alyssa‘s personal wish to experience a natural birth. He expressed immense gratitude that the entire childbirth process unfolded smoothly and without complications. “Yes, she really wanted a normal delivery, and everything went wonderfully,” Al Ghazali shared with reporters in Panglima Polim, South Jakarta, on Wednesday, May 13.

The 28-year-old actor further elaborated on the seamless delivery, noting that Alyssa did not require any induction to expedite labor. He highlighted the remarkably smooth progression of Alyssa‘s labor and delivery.

“There was no induction, no stitches, and no tearing,” Al Ghazali proudly stated. The “Dignitate” film star emphasized his wife’s strong mental preparation for a normal delivery. He explained that Alyssa was, in fact, more apprehensive about a C-section, making her mentally primed and ready for a natural birthing experience.

Prior to the actual delivery, Alyssa Daguise endured contractions for a period of two days. Al Ghazali recounted that his wife had initially visited the hospital on Saturday, May 9, for a routine check-up on her pregnancy’s status.

“Last Saturday, at 12 PM, she was observed until 5 PM. We went home briefly, but then returned to the hospital later that evening,” he recalled. “Around 11 PM, the doctor messaged us again, informing us she was already at three centimeters dilation, so we had to stay.”

He continued, detailing the progression: “Indeed, by 12 AM, she was at three centimeters. By 2 AM, she had reached five centimeters, and at that point, she couldn’t bear the pain any longer, requesting an epidural for anesthesia.” The actor concluded, “The dilation process continued until 7 AM, culminating in the birth, coinciding with the morning call to prayer.”
