Joko Adi further elaborated that the police report was officially lodged by the woman identified as H on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026. The alleged assault reportedly took place around 3:00 PM Western Indonesian Time (WIB) at Jalan Bunga Mayang 8, Bintaro, South Jakarta.
The case is officially registered under report number LP/1680/IV/2026/Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, dated April 29th, 2026. The individual named in the report as the alleged perpetrator is a woman identified by the initials RWT, suspected of committing assault as defined in Article 466 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) under Law RI Number 1 Year 2023.
As the investigation is still in its preliminary stages, AKP Joko Adi indicated that the police are not yet able to provide a detailed chronology of the alleged events. “This is a police report we have just received. Once accepted, it will naturally be dispatched to the relevant unit for handling, and then a deeper investigation will commence regarding the alleged assault,” he explained.
He added that only one victim has been identified in connection with the case. Regarding evidence, the police mentioned the potential existence of a medical examination report (visum) but are awaiting further examination results to substantiate the claims.
