The highly anticipated wedding solemnization of celebrities El Rumi and Syifa Hadju took place at the luxurious Hotel Raffles Jakarta on Sunday, April 26th. The event drew attention not only for the celebrity couple but also for the prominent figures present, including former Minister of Youth and Sports, Adhyaksa Dault, who served as a witness.
Following the emotional ceremony, Adhyaksa Dault shared his sentiments, confirming that the entire *ijab kabul* (solemnization ritual) proceeded smoothly and reverently. He revealed a significant detail: Syifa Hadju was wedded by a *wali hakim* (court-appointed guardian) due to her father’s absence. “Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), the wedding solemnization went very well and smoothly. Syifa’s father was not present, so she was represented by a *wali hakim*. The *ijab kabul* was very touching,” Adhyaksa Dault remarked.
Adhyaksa Dault himself played a crucial role, acting as the witness for Syifa Hadju, whom he referred to as his niece. He also highlighted the esteemed presence of Pak Trenggono, the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, who served as the witness for El Rumi. “I, Adhyaksa Dault, Syifa’s uncle, was the witness from her side. For El Rumi, it was Pak Trenggono, the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Everything was wonderful, and we were all deeply moved,” he added, reflecting on the special atmosphere of the day.
Adhyaksa Dault’s Heartfelt Message to El Rumi
As a key witness and a close family member to Syifa, Adhyaksa also conveyed a heartfelt and special message to El Rumi. He urged Ahmad Dhani’s second son to cherish and care for Syifa diligently. “I told El, ‘We are entrusting Syifa to you. We believe you are a good person and will be responsible towards your wife’,” Adhyaksa revealed, emphasizing the trust placed in the groom.
The former Menpora concluded by expressing his earnest hopes for the newlywed couple. Given their youth, he wished for El and Syifa’s marriage to be harmonious and enduring. “Their journey through life is still very long.
