Actor Fajar Sadboy recently sustained injuries in a motorcycle accident in East Jakarta. The incident occurred during the morning hours as he was making his way back to his apartment after spending the night at his office.
The celebrity recounted that the accident took place on Saturday, April 4th, as he attempted to make a turn. However, the road conditions were slippery, causing his motorcycle to lose control. He subsequently fell to the left side, colliding with the sidewalk. “Yeah, so I was going to turn like this, then I braked, but the road was unexpectedly slippery and I fell to the left. Blaamm… I fell,” Fajar explained when met in South Jakarta on Thursday, April 9th. The unfortunate event unfolded between approximately 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM WIB, shortly after Fajar had departed from his office en route to his residence. He further clarified, “I was coming from the office, wanting to return to the apartment. I had stayed overnight at the office, and then in the morning, I was heading home.”
Fajar Sadboy Received Aid from a Man After His Accident
Following the fall, Fajar received immediate assistance from a man who recognized him. Despite the offer of help, Fajar opted not to burden the good Samaritan and chose to return to his apartment independently. “One person helped, he asked, ‘Are you Fajar Sadboy?’ I replied, ‘Yes, Bang.’ Then he told me to call someone, but I felt uncomfortable. So I immediately got up, picked up my motorcycle, and went back to the apartment by myself,” Fajar stated, detailing the aftermath.
Upon his arrival at the apartment, Fajar began to experience significant pain throughout his body. It was only after his family and management were informed of the accident that he was taken to a doctor for medical attention. The impact of the incident resulted in several injuries for Fajar Sadboy. His left hand suffered a fracture and bone displacement due to the collision. In addition, he sustained bruises on various parts of his body, and his thumb nail became detached. “The X-ray results showed a fracture and displacement. My thumb nail also detached,” he revealed, confirming the severity of his injuries.
Currently, Fajar Sadboy is focused on his recovery journey. Doctors have estimated that the healing process will take approximately one month. “Roughly one month,” he clarified regarding the expected recovery period. Dudung Abdurachman, Fajar’s mentor and adoptive father, confirmed that several planned projects, including new song productions and music videos, would be postponed until Fajar makes a full recovery. “For now, we will postpone our projects for about a month until he recovers,” Dudung announced, prioritizing Fajar’s health.
Despite the painful experience, Fajar maintains that he is not traumatized by the accident and remains willing to ride a motorcycle again. He has, however, pledged to exercise greater caution in the future. “As for trauma, no, but going forward, he must be more cautious,” Dudung affirmed, underscoring Fajar’s commitment to increased vigilance on the road.
