A tragic traffic accident involving a motorcycle and an unidentified truck occurred on Friday (April 3) at approximately 7:30 AM Western Indonesian Time (WIB) on Jalan Utan Jati, Kalideres, West Jakarta. The devastating incident claimed the life of 51-year-old Ani Maryati.

Upon reaching the vicinity of Pasar Segar, the truck reportedly struck a Honda motorcycle, bearing license plate B 4833 BWM. The motorcycle, operated by Kartini and carrying Ani Maryati as a passenger, was proceeding in the same direction directly in front of the truck.
Authorities are currently engaged in a thorough investigation into the accident. Ruslani confirmed that the identity and whereabouts of the truck driver are still under active inquiry, with no further details provided at this time. Regarding the victims, Kartini received treatment at Kalideres Regional Public Hospital for bruises on her forehead and leg abrasions, and was subsequently discharged.
